APPSC Group 4 Exam Date 2022
APPSC has conducted Group 4 (Jr Asst. Computer Asst.) Prelims exam on 31-07-2022 successfully. Final Key, Cut-Off marks for Prelims and Results for Prelims have released on 12-10-2022. A total of 11,574 candidates have been shortlisted for the Main Examination, out of 2,11,341 candidates who appeared for the Screening Test, against 670 posts notified. Now all the Group 4 candidates are waiting for the Mains exam.

APPSC Group 4 Exam Date
APPSC has released the Exam Date for the Screening Test of Group 4. The screening test will be on 31-07-2022 FN.
Group 4 Eligibility
The candidate should possess the prescribed academic qualification as on the date of 28-12-2021.
For the post of Junior Assistant–cum-ComputerAssistant under Group-4 he/she must posses the qualifications as shown below.
Academic: Must hold any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Technical Qualification: One should pass the Computer Proficiency Test conducted by District Collector. (To those who will be shortlisted before the appointment ).
Group 4 Age Limit
Candidate must be a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 42 years as of 01/07/2021.
Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as detailed below:

Application Processing Fee – Rs.250/- and
Examination Fee – Rs.80/-
Total Fee – 330/-
The following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of the examination fee of Rs. 80/-
- SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men.
- Families having White Rice cards (Residents of Andhra Pradesh)
Group-4 Exam Pattern/Scheme
The exam Pattern/Scheme for recruitment to the post of Junior Assistant-cum-Computer Assistant will be in 2 stages i.e.,
- Prelims/Screening test
- Mains Examination
In respect of the Screening test, the objective type examination will be held in offline mode (OMR based).
The Main Examination would be objective type and questions are to be answered on a computer system.

Note:
- Both tests will be in objective type
- The Standard English and Telugu will be SSC Standard.
- Each wrong answer will be penalized with 1/3rd of the marks prescribed for the question.
- The medium of the question paper will be in both English and Telugu languages.
- Computer Proficiency Test will be held for eligible candidates in the ratio of 1:2 with reference to the total number of vacancies notified.
APPSC Group 4 Syllabus
The topic of the syllabus is the same for both Prelims and Mains.
For Prelims there is only one paper which is in Section-A and Section-B; the same syllabus is in the Mains exam called Paper-1 and Paper-2
