Nationality
An aspirant must be a citizen of India, Nepal, or Bhutan.
What is the Educational Qualification for IBPS PO?
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
What is the Age Limit for IBPS PO?
A candidate’s Age must be between 20 to 30 years As of 01.08.2022. which means a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.2002.

IBPS PO 2022 Selection Process
The selection of Candidates is done in three phases:
- Preliminary
- Main
- Interview
For a candidate to clear the IBPS PO Exam must score minimum qualifying marks which have been decided by the IBPS in order to move into the next phase. When a candidate has cleared each of the three phases, he/she will get a job based on the merit list.

Note:
Descriptive Paper of the English Language (Letter writing & Essay) may be evaluated by an automated scoring mechanism for identifying features related to writing proficiency. This scoring mechanism is duly validated and evaluates test takers’ proficiency in writing in the English Language in an objective manner as the mechanism does not have any in-built biases for evaluating responses.
Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Online Preliminary and Online Main Examination) There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
IBPS PO Cut-off Score
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for an interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online Main examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

3. Interview
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main examination for CRP- PO/MT-XII will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS.
Interviews will be conducted at select centers. The center, address of the venue, time & date of the Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from the authorized IBPS website www.ibps.in.
The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of the Online Main Exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination of CRP- PO/MT-XII and Interview. The interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.
A candidate should qualify both in the Online Main Exam and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for the subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on the authorized IBPS website.
PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT
On completion of the interview process, depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2023- 24 based on the business needs of the Participating Banks and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Banks.

Method of Submission of Online Application Form:
STEP 1: Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s authorized website www.ibps.in and Click on the Home Page to open the link “CRP PO/MT-XII” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP PO/MT-XII” to open the On-Line Application Form.
STEP 2: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
STEP 3: Upload the latest Scanned Photograph and Signature,
STEP 4: Pay the Examination Fee by debit/credit card and net banking and print the Confirmation page for record and future reference.
