Telangana Police Eligibility
Eligibility by Gender
For Constable:
- Both men and women are eligible for Post Code No. 21 and 22.
- For Post Code No. 23, 24, 25, 26 & 27 only Men are eligible.
- For Post Code No. 28 only women are eligible.
- For Post Code No. 34 both Men and Women are eligible
- For Post Code Nos. 35 and 36 only Men are eligible
For SI:
- For Post Code No. 11 and 12, both men and women are eligible
- For Post Code No.13, 14, 16 to 18 only men are eligible
- For Post Code No. 31&33 both Men&Women are eligible
- For Post Code No. 32, only Men are eligible
Age Limit
For Constable: Min – 18 years; Max – 25 as on 01-07-2022.
For SI: Min – 21 years; Max – 28 as on 01-07-2022

Educational Qualification
For Constable:
Must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government as on 1st July 2022.
For SI:
Must have possessed any DEGREE.

Telangana Police Selection Process
Telangana police recruitment is conducted by TSLPRB. TSLPRB is going to recruit candidates for Police department in THREE STAGES.
- Preliminary Written Test (PWT)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Final Written Examination (FWE)
Telangana Police Exam Syllabus
Police Constable (Civil & Others) Syllabus:
There are 2 stages i.e.,
- Preliminary Written Test
- Final Written Test
For both stages, the syllabus will be the same. The standard of the exams will be Intermediate level. The exam will be an objective type. The topics of the syllabus are given below.

- History of India, Indian culture, Indian National Movement
- Principles of Geography, Indian Geography, Polity and Economy
